How much does automating a business process cost
Our automations have ranged from 5,000 to 500,000 CZK. We break down what influences the price most and how to estimate a ballpark figure before you even call.
01
Why the range is so wide
The cheapest automations we've built connect two tools with one simple scenario — for example, a new e-shop order creates an invoice in the accounting system. We can often handle that for 5,000 to 15,000 CZK.
The most expensive project we've built so far cost over 500,000 CZK — an end-to-end system connecting dozens of processes across several departments.
02
What influences the price the most
Mainly four things: how many systems need to talk to each other, how many exceptions and edge cases the process has, whether a low-code tool is enough or custom code is needed, and how much the solution needs to be tuned against real production data.
03
How to estimate a ballpark figure yourself
Before you call, work out how many hours a week the process takes and what your hour (or the hour of the employee who does it) is worth. That gives you the process's monthly cost.
Our implementations, across our case studies, land at roughly 1.5–3.5x that monthly cost — which corresponds to a payback of about 1.5 to 3.5 months.
04
When automation doesn't pay off
If a process takes only a few minutes a week, or changes so often that the solution would need rebuilding every month, the payback usually doesn't work out. In those cases, we'll tell you that directly during the consultation.
